1.3 - Goods' means the goods listed on our website ('the Website') and in our catalogue and brochure which we may supply.

1.4 - Services' means the services listed on the Website, and in our catalogue and brochure which we may supply as well as bespoke orders.

1.5 - By ordering any of the Goods or Services or Goods and Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Conditions. You will be unable to proceed with your transaction if you do not accept these terms and conditions.

This Website is owned and operated by Ariane Prin ('we'/'us'/'our') (trading as PRIN®), of 121 Boulevard Edouard Vaillant, 93300 Aubervilliers, France. Our email address is in@prin.in.

 


3 - Purpose and consent for collection

3.1 - We collect, store, process or transmit data in order to provide Goods and Services to Customers. This may include marketing of services, the processing of orders for Customers and customer support activities, or for the purposes of conducting corporate activities.

3.2 - By providing personal information to us in any of the ways described in this policy, the Subject is agreeing that they are authorised to provide the information and that they accept this privacy policy and that we are authorised to process it.

3.3 - We will collect a range of information about the Subject, either via activity via our website, emails, customer support, telephone, in person or at trade shows. This information includes:

Credit/debit card details

3.4 - We will not collect sensitive categories of data without their explicit consent.

3.5 - We do not undertake any automated decision making relating to any Service activities except for third party fraud checking services that may automatically decline a credit or debit card transaction.

3.6 - We may from time to time contact the Customer via email regarding service related matters such as billing, product support and logistics.

 


4 - Data retention

We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of SCP. After you stop being a customer, we may keep your data for longer so we are able to respond to any questions or complaints and to comply with any legal and accounting requirements.

 


5 - Data transfers and the use of Data Sub Processors

5.1 - We will not share Subject data with a third party not directly associated with the provision of services without their explicit consent. We will also not transfer Subject data to a third party country that is not compliant with the applicable data protection laws.

5.2 - We make use of a number of 3rd party organisations so that we can deliver services to our customers. We only transfers the personal data relating to our customers, where required for the activities set out below, to the following third parties or Data Processors:

> Paypal Inc. - Payment Processing and fraud prevention - Basis for processing: Contractual

5.3 - By interacting with us as defined in this policy, the Subject provides their consent for this transfer and use of our Data Processors and their Data Sub-Processors, and for transfer to any other appropriate third party Data Processor for the purposes of delivery of the Goods and Services and customer relationship management activities.

 


6 - Commitment to confidentiality and security of processing

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures within our sphere of responsibility to ensure an appropriate level of confidentiality and integrity. Should there be a concern regarding a possible security incident or data breach, please email in@prin.in.

 


7 - Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored in a computer’s web browser memory. They help website providers with things like understanding how people use a website, remembering a User’s login details, and storing website preferences. We do not use cookies but it is important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilising other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by our Privacy Policies.

 


8 - Third Party Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies, to collect and analyse information about use of the Goods and Services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources.

 


9 - Advertising

We do not use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding Goods and Services that may be of interest to you when you access our website.

 


10 - Email Marketing

If you are subscribed to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive emails from us please let us know by emailing us in@prin.in.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
